At this point you still have ASIO4ALL as your active driver. Once you enable it, exit the Configuration window. This will enable the use of headphones when the ASIO driver is running. You must enable everything under that list including 'HD Audio Headphone'.
On the left side it should say 'WDM Device List'.
So what you need to do is open up 'Asio Configuration' in your DAW Preferences. It is, but I would just like to inform everybody else who may be encountering this problem in the futureĪt first I didn't have the option to select my headphones from Outputs. You are probably thinking this is an easy fix. I would much rather like to listen to my headphones and not through my desktop speakers. Instead they would output to my desktop speakers. I just encountered an issue on my new desktop, where I was not able to play the audio from my Digital Audio Workstation to my headphones.
